Pearl joined Appleyard Lees as Marketing and Business Development Manager in June 2024.

With over seven years of experience driving strategic marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, and optimising multimedia marketing, Pearl uses her strong understanding of B2B marketing to support the firm’s strategic marketing activities and business development initiatives.

Pearl graduated with a first-class honours’ degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Teesside in 2015, and earned a Marketing Master’s from London City University in 2018.
