Matthew completes work for a range of clients, from emerging SMEs to established businesses with large IP portfolios. He takes particular interest in Trade Mark and Copyright issues related to film, art and publishing.
Matthew assists colleagues with Trade Mark and Design related matters including registrations, dispute resolution, oppositions, and infringement proceedings.
Matthew obtained a first-class degree in Law from the University of Sheffield. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford, graduating from the Bachelor of Civil Law course with distinction and receiving faculty prizes for top exam performance in IP subjects.
Matthew also completed the Legal Practice Course Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, where he obtained a distinction and produced an IP-based research report.
