Jennifer works with a wide scope of clients, varying from start-ups to SME’s, all the way through to large household names in a number of different sectors.
Before starting her role as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney, Jennifer has worked as a Paralegal in both patent and trade mark teams at Appleyard Lees for over seven years.
As a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney, Jennifer works alongside senior colleagues and assists with tasks ranging from trade mark registrations, oppositions, infringement proceedings, and portfolio management.
Jennifer has completed the CITMA Paralegal Course, holds an LLB law degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Jennifer also completed the LPC and simultaneously gained an LLM in Intellectual Property Law (with a focus on copyright and emerging technology) from BPP University in which she graduated with a distinction.
