Jennie joined Appleyard Lees in 2021 as Talent Acquisition Adviser and was promoted to Talent Acquisition and Development Manager in 2025. She has nine years of recruitment experience across both agency and in-house roles and holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management.

Jennie leads the firm’s recruitment and talent strategy, supporting growth across all technical, management, departmental, and business support teams. She works closely with colleagues in specialist sectors including trade marks, chemistry, life sciences, electronics, software, and engineering to attract, hire, and retain high-calibre talent.

Jennie also oversees onboarding and employee development, helping to shape an inclusive, high-performing, and future-focused workplace.
