Evelina holds a bachelor’s degree in law, master’s degree in intellectual property law and is a CITMA-qualified paralegal, experienced in prosecution, maintenance and enforcement support.
Evelina further specialises in disputes, litigation, brand protection and anticounterfeiting. She supports our clients by filing online takedowns, applying and managing UK customs applications for action and responding to Border Force detention notices and conducting online searches and information tracing in support of the aforementioned services.
Evelina has a particular interest in brand protection and anticounterfeiting and is a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group, a non-profit organisation representing businesses and brands and working with government and enforcement decision-makers in combatting anti-counterfeiters both online and offline. She regularly attends ACG conferences and has strong relationships with law enforcement authorities, including Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU), Border Force, and Customs Offices.
