Darryn Hedges

Finance Director

Darryn brings over 35 years of senior leadership and management experience in people-centric businesses, primarily within professional services, including both the mainstream legal sector and intellectual property.

He began his career at one of the BIG FOUR accountancy firms and is a Charted Accountant by profession, holding a Management degree from the University of Manchester. Darryn has extensive experience in strategic financial leadership across both the UK and international markets, with a strong focus on organisational development and change management.

In addition to his formal education, Darryn has completed a range of company-specific training programmes at Cranfield University and Manchester School of Business. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the Cranfield School of Management.
