Rachel has worked in the legal profession for over thirteen years, having worked in various areas of contentious law.
Graduating in 2010 with a degree in law from Leeds Metropolitan University, Rachel has also completed the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CIPA) ‘Trade Mark Administrators Course’, the University of Queen Mary ‘Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Marks Law and Practice’ and obtained the ‘Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice Intellectual Property Litigation’ issued by Nottingham Law School at Nottingham Trent University.
Qualifying as a UK and European Trade Mark Attorney in 2018, Rachel has dealt with various trade mark matters including trade mark clearance/searching, trade mark filing strategies and opposition proceedings, and includes work on a large international assignment recordal programme.
