Olivia’s main expertise is in brand clearance, protection and enforcement. Her focus is using trade mark rights to build a solid basis for clients to maintain and grow brand equity. This includes handling anti-counterfeiting programmes and disputes in relation to domain names. She also has significant experience in relation to protection and enforcement of design rights, in particular in the fashion field.

She works with a wide range of clients, from FTSE 100s and superbrands to start-ups, and is well practised at adjusting advice appropriately.

Olivia has a particular interest in pharmaceutical trademark law and has spoken on trade mark and brand law at universities and with clients at designated training sessions.
