Andrew graduated from the University of York with a First Class BSc in Molecular Cell Biology in 2016.

At University, he conducted research projects into CRISPR knockout of stress-related genes in rice and the effects of LRRK2 and α-synuclein mutations on the visual symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

Joining another leading patent firm shortly after graduating University, Andrew graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law in 2018.

Andrew has significant experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications covering inventions across the biotech/life sciences field on behalf of a wide range of clients, from individual inventors to multinational corporations.
