Brexit Trigger Dates

In October 2016, the British government announced that Article 50 will likely be triggered in or around March 2017.  This will begin the formal two-year negotiation process and indicates that the UK will leave the EU in March 2019.  No other details have been provided.  Appleyard Lees remains engaged with the process and will report any developments and their implications for IP rights holders as soon as they are announced.
