We also collect data from you if you contact us for any other reason, for example in relation to a dispute with one of our clients. The data we collect includes personal data (including names, contact details and personal details as well as details of patents, trade marks or designs you own) together with such other information as we require to communicate with you and/or to provide our services. If you submit a third party's data to us you must have that third party's permission to do so.

We will use your personal data to communicate with you and/or to provide our services, in that event it will be used for the purpose of providing such services and for other purposes related to that relationship and any instructions or request you may provide. Disclosure of personal data
We will share personal data about you with third parties to the extent necessary to deal with your enquiry and/or to act on your behalf or where we are legally required to do so. In the course of instructing foreign attorneys and filing patent, design and trade mark applications it will be necessary to pass personal data to foreign attorneys and to intellectual property offices to enable the prosecution of applications, and to allow them to take other actions on your behalf.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information (subject to the payment of a small fee of £10.00). It is in our interests that our records of your information are correct and we would be grateful if you would inform us of any inaccuracies. You have a right to ask for inaccurate personal information to be corrected.
