Disclosure of personal data

In the course of instructing foreign attorneys and filing patent, design and trade mark applications it will be necessary to pass personal data to foreign attorneys and to intellectual property offices to enable the prosecution of applications, and to allow them to take other actions on your behalf.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information (subject to the payment of a small fee of £10.00). It is in our interests that our records of your information are correct and we would be grateful if you would inform us of any inaccuracies. You have a right to ask for inaccurate personal information to be corrected.
