Dick Waddington

Dick handles patent matters in the physics, computing, mechanical and engineering fields and has particular experience at the EPO in taking oral proceedings for examination, opposition and appeal cases.

Dick also deals with a wide range of trade mark work for a variety of national and international clients, with particular experience in UK and Community trade mark oppositions.

Dick has been with the firm since entering the profession in 1994 and has a degree in physics with post graduate research in geophysics.This makes him well placed to take on patent and design matters specific to the geophysical services industry.

Dick coordinates the overseas marketing for the firm and is an active member of AIPLA and ECTA and regularly attends their annual meetings.
