David Moy

David is the head of our trade mark team and has an extensive trade mark practice, covering many areas of the retail, manufacturing and service sectors. David manages trade mark portfolios in the UK, the European Union and most countries worldwide.

David’s main technical background is in pure chemistry. He handles various patents in chemical/pharmaceutical areas. He also deals in mechanical patents.

David entered the profession in 1995 working in London and then Oxford, before joining our firm in 2002. He is an active member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA) and has given many talks on trade mark matters. David has also given lectures and talks to trade mark trainees with a view to helping them pass the intermediate and advanced trade mark exams.
