Jennifer Delaney

Jennifer is a European and UK patent attorney specialising in chemical patent matters, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications, advising on third party rights, and opposition work.

Jennifer has a first class Masters degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry. Her technical areas include speciality chemicals, pharmaceuticals, personal care, healthcare, fuel additives, home care and textiles. She has experience of working in industry with Unilever and Glaxo Smithkline.

Jennifer is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and has had an article published in Chemistry World. Jennifer has organised a number of intellectual property seminars and regularly attends talks on specialist aspects of obtaining and defending chemical patents.
