Paul Misselbrook

Paul is a European and UK Patent Attorney and handles matters involving mechanical patents as well as all aspects of trade marks, designs and copyright. His practice includes many start up companies and small and medium sized business.

Paul joined the firm in January 2005 and is based in our Halifax office. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering and a PhD in the field of opto-electronics. Before joining Appleyard Lees, Paul worked as a research engineer developing advanced electronic manufacturing processes at Celestica Ltd.

Paul received the national prize for the highest mark in the drafting paper of the 2008 UK qualifying Examinations and in the Chambers and Partners Law Review 2009-09, Paul is quoted as being “very switched on”.
