IP Seminar and Networking Event

Appleyard Lees is pleased to announce the next in our series of IP events for trainee and recently qualified patent and trade mark attorneys and IP solicitors.

This event will be free and will take place at Epernay in Manchester.

Our speaker for this event will be Ewan West from Monckton Chambers in London.  Ewan's presentation will focus on the interaction between intellectual property and competition law.  With reference to European and domestic authorities, he will consider the key issues that commonly arise, the risks of legal challenge and how they may be mitigated.
