Chemicals Update Seminar

Bob Pidgeon from Appleyard Lees Chemical team, will be speaking at a Chemicals Update seminar on Wednesday 30th November at Chemicals Northwest Headquarters at the Heath Business and Technical Park, Runcorn.

This seminar (by Squire, Sanders Hammonds) is a free autumn legal update breakfast and will look at the following issues:

Bob will discuss the America Invents Act, which President Obama signed into law on 16th September 2011.  This introduces major changes to the patent regime in the United States - but the effects go far beyond US borders and need to be understood by chemicals businesses in the UK.  Bob will summarise the changes, describe how they may affect your business and give advice on the steps you should take to deal with the changes.
